Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

To request a return, email hello@acexace.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and reason for the return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact hello@acexace.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. For standard returns, a flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please use the return label provided by ACE x ACE and return the items in the original mailer box. If you are unable to use the provided label, contact us to arrange an alternative.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would still like an item, please place a new order.

Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email hello@acexace.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include your order number.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If the cancellation is confirmed, the full amount paid, including any original shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returned-to-Sender Orders

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package will not be reshipped.

Once the order has been returned to us, the merchandise refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, a flat $8 outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected within 3 business days of arrival. If the return meets the conditions above, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
